We offer customized programs that range from monthly to Bi-annually, to meet your specific budget and building needs. Clients who utilize our maintenance program often avoid inconvenient breakdowns and costly repairs while experiencing improved efficiency and extended equipment life. For our preventive maintenance customers we provide an equipment catalog identifying and labeling all your HVAC equipment, thermostats and electrical safety devices for quick identification.
Recommended Maintenance Schedule:

Recommended Service Tasks:
Every Visit:
- Replace filters
- Visually inspect unit for refrigerant leaks
- Brush coils or spray clean with nitrogen
- Check condition, tension, alignment of belts
- Check thermostat program & batteries
- Lubricate all bearings as needed
- Check condensate drains
Fall Season Visit (in preparation for winter)
- Check ignition control and burner on gas/electric units
- Check operation of reversing valve on heat pump units
Spring Season Visit (in preparation for summer)
- Measure refrigerant pressures to ensure efficient operation
- Check operation of reversing valve on heat pump units
- Clean condenser coils with spray gun and detergent
- Log all readings
